Do you have ongoing needs for technical support? Many SOHO or residential clients with several computers, or several users sharing the same computer, run into issues which require frequent technical support needs. We offer a discount package for you. Preferred Client Status is now available for clients who expect regular usage of our services
Included in this package:
- First Half hour free on all calls
- Min. 1/2hr in shop, 1hr onsite for non-preferred clients
- This becomes first 1/2 free inshop, min 1/2hr onsite
- Use our services once a month, it pays for itself!
- After Hours Onsite and Inshop Support at the regular rate
- Email notice of coming Special Sales or Services
Caveats:
- Due on the first of the month
- Must be prepaid (VISA, MC, AMEX, or EFT)
- Cancellation notice required 5 days before month end
